It was great to see you pulling such a crowd at the NEC.
Since purchasing your book before Christmas, our restaurant has changed dramatically. It is amazing how different it looks with just a few folded napkins placed in the glasses. It now looks loved and cared for. (We have chosen the 'Tulip' design). Not only has it smartened up my restaurant, but my customers have seen the book and asked for napkins so they can try some of your designs. It has become quite a talking point.
